Screens without giant claw marks are overrated anyway.

It’s not good for the screens, I’m sure – but it always amuses me.

Oh, that’s much worse! I hope Schooner sticks with the screen!

He LOVES to climb up the screens. If we sit outside and leave the doors open and the screens closed, he’s up them in a heartbeat. I think he really wants to go outside.

I think that is a definite.

Oh, my, what a little devil! Our Maine Coon knocked out the corner of our screen door and we had to fit a triangular piece of foam core to keep him in. He still chewed the heck out of it to show his displeasure. He was a tough guy (talk about pets naming themselves, we called him ‘Bruno’ – it fit him well)!

I can picture him spitting pieces of foam out 😝😕

That is an excellent name for a bruiser of a cat!

Oh, Schooner, that is not the way out! And that is not a better “look out”…go to your kitty tower. And I don’t think you were trying to get that little 🕷My Bengal cat kinda ruined a pull down screen in an Anderson Storm door (door wasn’t even a year old) 😬😮🙈😕, so I can sympathize.

Schooner has yet to fully ruin a screen, but at this point, it’s just a matter of time.

And Miss Choppy seems to be totally oblivious of the shenanigans going on above her head….maybe on purpose not telling Schooner to get down, so he’ll get in trouble…obviously Choppy is totally innocent 😇

Obviously – Choppy would never, ever do something wrong.

There’s always something interesting back there – geese, ducks, raccoons, coyotes, muskrats – it’s like an animal highway!

Schooner what got you so excited?

Who knows? There are a lot of animals out there.

Choppy should be more alert to her surroundings. I can see Schooner deciding it is time to get down, letting go, and landing right on her head. Cats do like to climb and screens seem to be an easy place to do it.

Oh, no 😬🙈 I didn’t even think of that 😮

I think Choppy purposely ignores Schooner – one of these days, it is not going to work out so well for her!

Schooner’s just hangin’ out. (I love the fact Choppy looks totally used to this…)

Choppy isn’t alone – we’re all sort of used to it. Schooner regularly climbs up the screens.

That’s gotta be hard on screens.

So far, they are in decent shape. We’ll see how long that lasts!
