We had storms roll through yesterday, so we only got one walk in. But it was a good one – the birds were out in force and we saw the beginning of the sunrise. I’ll take those things!

How cute your crocuses are! They always make me smile…whether in sunny or shady spots. Nature’s first glimpse of spring that turns winter grimaces into warm smiles!

At college, there was an area under some giant old oak trees that had been planted with thousands of crocuses. The few days those were in bloom were always some of my favorite days of the year at school – and I still think about them often.
