Looks like a perfect spot for a Schooner snooze. Good support for his tired-from-playing body. Also won’t expect a “voice” to be waking him up to get Squirrels off the feeders! 🙈
Hahaha. The caption on that last picture is purrfect for Schooner’s look. I think I would step away and come back later – or lure him off with some bacon.
I’m a little more mean – I usually pick him up and make him move. Though sometimes he gives me a look suggesting I shouldn’t – like in the one picture here.
He is when it comes to that chair – he loves it! I think he mostly likes it when I get up and leave it warm for him, though. Not that I was leaving it warm for him on purpose, but he probably thinks so.
Haha I’ve a few of Skye sleeping in my office chair, Schooner is being a boss 😊

Apparently, cats are fond of this particular location.

But he should expect a voice wondering why she has lost her seat after only having gotten up for a minute or two!

Even better, it was pre-warmed for him😄

Well at least you presumably have a bed that you can nap on! That’s not always possible around here with Ray. 🙂

I have to remember to count my blessings – Schooner doesn’t take up all that much room.

Hey! I was thinking about you and your Choppy-cam at work the other day, when a colleague told me about this book – didn’t know if you had heard of it, but I thought you should read about it … just in case… https://www.amazon.ca/Stanleys-Party-Linda-Bailey/dp/1553377680/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1490880657&sr=1-1&keywords=Stanley%27s+party

I just read the first two lines of the description – I think that sounds like a VERY appropriate book for our house!

That’s not the expression I get when I try to move him – I get more of a ‘finders keepers’ look!

‘Seat warmers’ are always welcome on a chilly evening. 🙂

True – though this particular seat warmer comes whether it is the sort of evening/day/morning I need him or not!

😉 and I’m convinced they know that and act accordingly.

Schooner knows where the “power chair” is (in lieu of the “power couch” of course)!

Choppy is well aware of the location of the power couch!

Ha! When you say “my” chair – you mean Schooner’s chair… right?
Love and licks,

Hi Cupcake. Why all the talk about a chair when there is a sofa and, even better, a bed available? Woof! Ray.

NO! No posts on things Choppy and Schooner could take over in the house!

Apparently. Despite my desire to have something in this house that is mine and not a pet’s.

I chose the “come back later” move – I value my blood, much of which would have been spilled right then in any attempt to move him!

I usually have to pull up another chair, as mine take over mine…never mind the inconvenience or the discomfort….The things we do for love !!! 🙂

So funny how Schooner takes over and seems kind of pushy here, Sarah! 🙂

Schooner assumes as many cats do that the world revolves around them! 🙂
