Lots of stuff going on – we had a Midnight Mutts post earlier today (very much earlier!) and we’ll have the monthly backyard view post today (or tomorrow, if I don’t get it together), as well as the daily Howlidays past. Even better, if things stay on track, the big announcement is tomorrow! If things don’t work out (it’s out of my hands at the moment), the announcement will be Monday, because I know not to bury something important on Friday/when there’s a “Where’s Choppy?” post to compete with.

Choppy looks a lot happier in this post than she did in the Midnight post. Glad you got in a couple of walks. Heading out now for Tippy’s walk so we can beat the severe storms that are in the forecast. We may be spending the afternoon in the basement.

It’s pretty variable at the moment – we’re getting six inches of snow in the next 24 hours, but by the weekend it will be warm and nice again!

She has definitely lost a lot of weight in the last year, though her annual vet appointment is still a month or two away, so we won’t know how much until then. I think it’s a combination of all the walking, an upgrade to her regular dog food and getting some fish oil and coconut oil. In person, she actually looks younger than she did a year ago, so clearly this is working for her!
