The cold continues. Yesterday, it was cold enough that we stuck to walking our own block in case Choppy looked too cold and needed to go inside. She didn’t seem to care much about the cold at all. Now, yours truly may have been a different story. I could definitely go for a little warm up in the temperatures!
Date: December 8, 2016
Location: Jefferson, Wisconsin
Length: 1.2 Miles
Temperature: 17° F (-8.3° C); feels like 3° F (-16.1° C)
Who: Sarah & Choppy
A video of the morning in the front window – from the time I woke up until the time Paul and I left for work. I wave at the camera on the way out the door, and Choppy heads for the couch shortly thereafter. To give you some idea, this is about two hours worth of time.
That is freezing! And you are up very early! 🙂

It’s a good thing summer here is beautiful, or no one would live here!
And we have to get the walk in before work – otherwise, I would probably sleep at least another hour or two!

Oh, it’s getting colder next week (but only after we get another several inches of snow this weekend). I’m not looking forward to it!

Ooh, that’s cold! Kudos for going out.
Is that you heading out with Choppy and Schooner looking out for you? Looks like he really misses Choppy.

It is the two of us heading out (all bundled up)! He does wait for us most mornings, but he was more antsy than normal because we didn’t leave the block that morning and he could see us the whole time.

If only I could make him understand that all it takes to come with us is to learn to walk on a leash!

I seriously don’t understand how I miss your posts in my reader. I think I’m up to 12 posts I’ve just read in succession. 😃
Oh well. Better late than never!
