We’re up to Day 200! In celebration (and in what may likely become a regular feature around here), I’ve got a video of Choppy’s day yesterday below. But first, the stats on the Day 200 walk.
Date: November 15, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
When you watch the video, remember that Choppy isn’t supposed to be on this red couch. Also, you can see Schooner most of the time in his cat tree, which is in the back right corner of the video – he also makes an appearance at the end.
Hee hee…Choppy ‘owns’ the sofa doesn’t she? Well, except for the anti-cat foil. 😉

The worst part? I’m watching videos and see Schooner go over and scratch the couch around the foil!

Clearly, Schooner is no ordinary cat. He is an extraordinary one! Bwahaha

I am laughing! 😹😹 Don’t dogs just usually hop onto a sofa & s l e e e e p? Choppy must know she’s being watched…she’s showing off!

Right?! She is pretty active all day. But she does move during the night as well – she sleeps in a couple different places most nights. It must just be a Choppy thing!

Thanks! I’ll have to do another summary post if we make it to the next milestone – maybe 225?

And she’s still up there today – I think this may be a battle not to fight.

It’s funny, but one can really get addicted to that fresh morning air. 🙂

I do like the crisp air – though when it is below zero, I think we are outside the realm of pleasant at all!

Upper teens is my comfort limit, but I have a long down coat, which makes a huge difference and Sorels boots, a must. Single digits is where I start to lose enthusiasm. 😉 Walks are short and brisk!

Choppy is pretty good until we dip below 0 – and even then, it is just because her paws hurt. She doesn’t like to walk in her booties, but I think that, having gotten used to the long morning walks, she may be better inclined this winter to put up with them. If not, I will be out there walking on my own!

Thank you! If you had told me on Day 1 that we would be here, I would have doubted it greatly!

200 days! Way to go. Choppy doesn’t know wether she’s coming or going! 🙂

It’s much like when we let her outside – she always wants to be where she isn’t!

Clearly a restless sort of day Choppy. Good to see there was no fur flying sessions with Schooner.

She seems pretty similar today – I think she is just restless in general!

Congratulations on 200 walks 🙂
Hilarious video (love Choppy’s eyebrows at the end when Schooner approaches!). You’d Never know Choppy wasn’t supposed to be on that couch! 🙂

Right?! And she NEVER goes up there when we’re home. The only exception is if she thinks we have left and we somehow fool her.

While the cat’s away . . . Oh wait a minute! 😀

I feel like she knows shes being watched 😄

She might! I can talk to her through it, so perhaps she suspects something.

That couch looks REALLY comfy, no wonder Choppy likes it 🙂 Isn’t it funny what ‘our naughties’ get up to, when we are not looking 🙂
