Perhaps for Sweetest Day everyone in the house could just get along? Is that too much to ask?

That works out well! Sweet and saucy are complementary (although not complimentary).

Depending on the day, at least! Sometimes not everyone is so sweet.

Choppy looks a little grumpy today

Perhaps she is upset about the coming winter.

It’s tough being her sometimes. Perhaps Schooner was being mean to her.

It’s amazing – it’s like he has a ghost writer who takes care of them for him!

Schooner is obviously a fan of The Bard, as he paraphrases from Julius Caesar, Act 1 Scene 1. Schooner is truly a scholar and a “saucy fellow!” 😉

Yes, but isn’t just like a cat to be a bit elitist? 😉

LOL. Sarah, I’m so grateful your expertise extends to telepathy. It affords us the amazing opportunity to hear what dogs and cats are really thinking. It makes meow and woof sound so much more than just another language, while still offering us a insightful peak into the often taken for granted mesmerizing brain of the four-legged mind. Thanks to these post, our toy poodle looks forward to the day when we too can exchange thoughts at the dinner table. But until then, this is pretty funny stuff. 😀

I highly recommend the development of this particular skill. It affords one near constant amusement/ability to determine that your pets are even more obsessed with food than you assumed they were.
