The stars were most definitely out for the morning walk this morning – including Orion, who always signals the start of fall in my mind. Also? The pictures are clearly not from our walk (though we were on a walk when I took two of them – just not the starry morning walk).

A random flower at my parents’ house in an old horse field. Choppy was very interested, suggesting to me that something was there before us.
Things I will never get tired of: seeing one of Choppy’s ears flopped up on the back seat of the car. Just adorable.

I love those asters… Sadly, they signal the last of the blooming flowers. I love the one-ear-up look myself.. so cute!!

Why is the “one ear up” look so cute? Mongo does that on the arm of the couch, and he is adorable. Of course, he is always adorable. Sometimes he is just more adorable than other times.
