Hi Sarah – Given your constant logging of the miles of your walks, I hope that you will share at year end what your total was. I can imagine that it will be pretty impressive! 🙂

I will! I am actually going to hit the six month mark sometime around Thanksgiving. I will definitely do summary posts then and at the end of the year!

One of the down sides of dog walking is the weather. Still, if your dog gets you out of the house and walking, it’s all good 🙂

Agreed! And a little rain isn’t going to hurt me – I’ll look at it as character building!

I like walking in the rain, probably because I grew up in the North of England, and you absolutely had no choice!
My problem here is more the extreme sun!

I’d much prefer the rain! I get burned about five minutes into any sun excursions. I think I single-handedly keep the sunscreen industry in business some days!

Sam requires his slicker if it’s raining or snowing-otherwise he just stands under the covered patio and watches me go out in it. LOL Good for you and Choppy logging miles without one. 😉

Ha! Choppy has to be dragged off the porch into the rain, but once she’s out in it, she’s OK.

Hard to believe you have to drag Choppy off of the porch. Neither rain, nor snow, nor dark of night keeps Mongo from his walks. I believe this to be because he knows food comes immediately after walkies.
