I think I got it last year – I took a picture of her at the National Mustard Museum wearing it. And yes, such a thing exists – and it’s right down the street from my office.
Yeah, nip that in the bud or you’ll never have decent furniture for YEARS! I’m assuming he has a vertical scratching post or a cardboard horizontal scratcher? Rubbing catnip into it sweetens the deal. 🙂
He has a couple scratchers – one which he doesn’t use. Oh, and he scratches up Choppy’s toy box. She pays no attention to him scratching our things, but the moment Choppy hears him scratching at his box, she is on that and chasing him away.
Choppy really does have a finely honed sense of “mine” when it comes to the cat. She doesn’t care if another dog comes and eats her food or plays with her toys, but she does not approve of the cat doing so at all!
LOL, well HELLO, we need hot dogs to go with the mustard! 🙂

It’s because you don’t see her at all times – there are definitely less-than-saintly moments!

Today I will need bbq sauce: am doing baby ribs. Tomorrow I will need mustard. Will do pork chops then.

Those pork chops looked amazing! I was planning to have chicken tonight, but I may have to rethink that plan.

When you want a hot dog, you want a hot dog. You do what it takes.

Aww shame, are we getting hot dogs ?

They’re one of Choppy’s favorite foods – she would eat them every day (with bacon) if she could!

Choppy: do you go Trick-or-Treating?!😹

She has to hang out at home and hand out treats with us. I’m sure she finds that situation very wrong.

Aw, so cute! 🙂 And I have to wonder how long you have had that Choppy costume, just waiting for this day! 😀

I’d want hot dogs too

I could go for a hot dog right now! It’s far too close to lunch to be talking about food.

It’s breakfast time for me. I just had baked beans on toast. A hot dog would be good too.

I very rarely think of a hot dog at breakfast, though really, I should. It is, after all, a sausage (at least in theory).

Have it with bacon and eggs 😃

Especially worth it if hotdogs are involved! I must say Schooner is looking very handsome these days. 🙂

He has grown into quite a handsome cat – though that white tip on his tail always suggests there is mischief afoot!

I get that feeling (I say after just chasing him off of a chair he was scratching).

Double-sided packing tape on the furniture discourages that behavior. 😉

So interesting. She clearly views Schooner as a rival…a usurper to her throne! Kind of like when my baby brother was born. 😉

Exactly how I viewed my baby brother as well!

She thinks she deserves one for everything in her life (such as waking up, going upstairs, going downstairs, etc.).

Hope that sweet Choppy got his hot dog!! Better watch out he will call the doggie labor union.

Shh…don’t tell her of such things! I have been paying her in treats. And not always the good ones!
