This post is being written from my somewhat unpacked office! It only took a month (OK, a month and several days) to get to the point where I can sit at my desk in my office in the new house, but the point is, I did eventually unpack. If, by unpack, you mean “got the office to the absolute most basic point where one could call in unpacked. And please ignore the many boxes that are currently sitting in it for purposes of this statement.” I’m calling it unpacked.

And now, for what you’re all here for (except those two of you who are interested in my packing/unpacking woes): pictures of Choppy.

Things I should probably not do: get creative with the camera while sitting at a stop light and waiting for it to turn green.

This is Choppy not pumping gas while we wait at the gas station. She's pretty useless for these sorts of tasks.

Yup, useless.

Paul and I experimented with homemade sushi (verdict: it has been over 24 hours since consumption and neither of us has died/developed an unhealthy relationship with the toilet. I'll call that a win). Choppy was very curious.
